FAQ

1. How can I place an order?

You can design your mum or garter on our website for us to assemble for you by clicking here.

2. If your school is not listed, can you still order online?

Please go to the Contact Us page of our website and submit an inquiry with your homecoming date, colors and school and we will get back to you to confirm if we are able to fill your order. 

3. Can I order a mum online and have it shipped to me?

No, we do not ship mums or garters.  We have 2 locations for pick up on select days, see #7 for details.  

4. Can I just order some braids or trinket?  

Sure, feel free to just order some braids, or ribbons, or trinkets to add to your custom creation.  You can Contact Us to schedule your pickup.

5. What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.  Payment in full is required when you place your order.  Applicable taxes are added to your order upon payment.

6. When will my order be complete?

For mums and garters, orders placed by the Friday before your homecoming will be ready for pickup by the Wednesday of your homecoming week, or on Tuesday if your homecoming game is on Thursday.  If you place your order after the Friday before your homecoming, we will have it complete no later than Thursday between 3pm – 7pm (or Wednesday for Thursday homecoming games) and a rush fee of $35 will be added to your order.  

If you order supplies for mums and garters, you will receive a confirmation email with pick up details.

7. How do I get my order?

We have 2 pickup locations:  

  • 18303 Hillingdon Lane, Tomball, Texas 77377
  • 17810 Green Elm Lane, Spring, Texas 77379

You can select a location when placing your order.  Orders will be available for pick up on the days detailed in #6 above.  Please, if you send someone else to pick up your order, be sure they have a copy (paper or phone) of the completion email and order number.

8. What can I do if I need to cancel or make changes to an order?

All sales are final.  Please email the store at [email protected] with your order number, as soon as you find out a change needs to be made.  What has been completed on your order will determine whether the change can be made and if there is an additional cost for a change.

9. I have a vision of exactly how I want my mum or garter to look. Can I give specific direction on where I want items placed?

You can be as specific as you desire or leave the designing to us.  Please give all specifications in the special instructions portion of your order.  For custom items, please use the Contact Us form so we can provide you a quote for your approval.  Please note that orders are hand crafted and may differ from pictures on our website due to supply availability and creativity of the designer.
